AlexFlowers is a relatively young and small family plant nursery, so we do not have many seedlings of each variety. Usually there are less than 5-10 seedlings on sale.

There may be a limit on the number of goods in “one hand”, as indicated by the impossibility of increasing the number of seedlings of the same variety purchased. The quality of seedlings is determined by general standards, these are standard seedings, with no visible signs of disease, consistent with the variety (warranty applies). In the case of peonies, the amount of buds is 2-3+.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the planting material you received, you can return (send back) the product within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in the same packaging in which it was received, or in a different package that is not of worse quality. The money will be repaid promptly.

We guarantee variety correctness. n the case of a variety mismatch, you can contact us and we will consider the application. If there are no signs of fraud, you will be given a refund or a replacement seedling, if available.

We are very careful to make sure that it is of the right variety. All seedlings are sold only after flowering, the risk of preparation and packaging errors is minimized.

Once you have accepted the seedlings, you are fully responsible for them, as well as for their continued growth and health.

After you place your order, you will receive an email with an invoice. This means that the order is accepted. We will check your shipping information and contact you if we need to clarify anything.

After you receive an invoice to your email address, you must make the payment within one month. The minimum payment is 50% of the total amount of the bill. The rest of the amount must be done before the seedlings can be shipped. This applies to orders placed a long time before they are shipped. If an order is placed one month before or after shipping, the full amount must be done before shipping.

If the 50% payment is not made within a month, the order will be canceled and the seedlings will go back to the store.

If the full amount listed on the invoice is not paid before shipping begins, the order may be fulfilled to the amount paid, including the cost of shipping, or the money will be refunded to the buyer, as separately agreed.

The seller has the right to withhold a refund until the seedlings returned to the store have been sold.

Growing seedlings is not making bricks, and there may be various reasons beyond our control for which the fulfillment of an order may be in jeopardy. We reserve the right to cancel an order by returning the payment to the customer in full as soon as possible or by offering a replacement variety. In any case, on our own initiative we do not replace varieties, only after additional agreement with the customer.

When complette ordering, you need to be sure to fill in the appropriate field and specify the method of delivery and address! Delivery is paid by the customer. The cost of delivery is calculated automatically during the processing of your order and is added to the cost of the order as a separate amount. For large orders there are discounts, for example, for orders over 50 euros in Latvia, courier delivery is free.

Neither Party shall be liable to the other Party for failure to fulfill obligations caused by circumstances arising beyond the will and desire of the Parties that could not be foreseen or avoided, including declared or actual war, civil unrest, epidemics, earthquakes, floods, fires and other natural disasters. disasters, actions of state or municipal authorities and other compelling circumstances.
